Beautiful place, stunning views and has everything that you might wish for! Would love to come back!

This was our 3rd visit to Boulby Grange cottage & we weren't disappointed. Fantastic 1 bedroom accommodation with amazing views & luxury throughout. Includes parking, outside court yard area with seating, picnic bench, hot tub & games room. Inside is stylishly decorated with so many added extras such as fresh flowers, slippers & bubble bath. There is a Log burner for the colder nights & luxurious bedding on a super king bed. Caroline really knows how to spoil her guests and each time we have stayed we have felt so special ❤ Lovely, welcoming pack on arrival with gorgeous home baked cakes & biscuits, not to mention the communication making us feel like family. I really can't fault this place & we will book again soon. Breathtaking views and easy access to staithes & surrounding areas. Caroline you are a super super host.

The most wonderful l cottages and barn to stay, in such outstandingly beautiful surroundings. It really is breathtaking. Every little detail in the cottages has been meticulously thought through, and not a penny has been spared. A truly magical place. My family will certainly be returning. Thank you once again Caroline for your perfect hosting and incredible generosity.

Booked this place through air b and b . Great hosts , friendly welcome with lots of help on local spots . It's dog friendly with access to fields for walking. Mobile signal was fine and wifi was good 👍. Can't fault this place. It's very handy for visiting Staithes, Saltburn and Whitby.

Had a lovely weekend staying at Boulby Grange. Such a good job has been done by the owners and everything was thought about. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful backdrop and surroundings really are what we all have that break for !!! in addition to get amazing hosts on site that genuinely care if you should need anything is a real comfort and the icing on the cake. This family are also very private leaving you to your holiday until such times. From the moment we arrived we were overwhelmed with the surroundings the views and of course the accommodation. Valerie had left us the sweetest welcome pack mainly homemade. The accommodation was so clean homely and relaxing. Our car broke down on our first day and the John offered to to take us into Whitby to not spoil our holiday etc. Their wealth of knowledge about the area is second to none but the real comfort blanket of how welcoming and down to earth they are. The dedication put into making the experience so special for their guests is commendable. We hope they are as proud of themselves. I doubt anyone would ever leave here without a smile on their faces.

Such an amazing place to stay! (Grange Barn) Really well equipped, tidy and spacious but super cosy. Loved the hot tub after all the fabulous walks!! They even helped us out with dog food on last day as hadn't bought enough with us.. 100% recommend! Excellent hosts!

Lovely and beautiful cottages, located in one of the most sceneric and amazing spot in North Yorkshire! It was now our second time in one of the Boulby Grange Cottages and we are sure, it will not be our last visit ;) Caroline, John and Valerie are lovely, very dogfriendly and wonderful hosts :) Great walks directly from the cottages around the Cleveland Way and it is situated near to the lovely coastal villages Staithes, Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby and many more. Thank you very much for a great time in Yorkshire!

5 stars and more! We stayed here for a second time recently as it was so lovely a couple of years ago. The host, Caroline is an absolute gem and really will make sure your stay is perfect, stopping short on only not being able to control the weather. As expected we were not disappointed. This time we had the larger Byre cottage which comes not only with everything you would expect and more plus has the added bonus of a hot tub and private games room. Both of which were great. The cottage itself is in a converted barn lovingly renovated by Caroline's husband John. The location is superb - so quiet and great views across to Staithes which is also very walkable. We'd be amazed if anyone managed to stay here and be disappointed.

Wonderful as always. (Third time we've visited) it was sparkling clean with friendly and helpful hosts, with a hot tub boasting the most incredible view of the sea. A much needed break in luxury. Thank you Caroline, Valarie and John. See you soon! Xx
