What an absolute gentleman. Answered a cold call from an international unknown and had the most frank and honest conversation re: entering the IT industry. This is humanity personified

Refusing a refund, completely ignored all my calls and texts deliberately, not worth the wait, would recommend anywhere but here, terrible service. this is not an attempt to do anything I am merely stating what has transpired over the course of the last 2 months

Terrible responses, would not advise anyone to use this company, ignoring customer phone calls and texts, refusing to return money HE STOLE OUR MONEY

DO NOT USE - Don’t be fooled and lose your property and / or money. Had my laptop now for months. Only replies if I review. Claims to have sent it out (he hasn’t) Claims to have fixed it (he hasn’t) He will reply to this probably and leave more lies and excuses. Legal proceedings currently being commenced. Don’t be taken in by this fraudster. Threatened with legal action for reviews claiming they are harassment. Police, banks and trading standards have all said it is not harassment if he has your property. Just avoid. Examples of lies and false communications shown below.

** UPDATE 08/04/2024 ** The company below is fraudulent and a liar. You will lose property and or money if you use. My bank investigated and concluded fraud Now issued a CCJ to retrieve my property and will be using bailiffs when I can. PLEASE DO NOT USE UPDATE As per response below, still no sign of laptop. Apparently been with the courier for four weeks!! Please don’t believe a word they say. You will lose property and money. I don’t know where to begin, my dad gave my laptop to this company around December and the owner claimed that it would be finished in January, however still waiting for the laptop to return he keeps making up dates for the delivery but never sticks to them. my dad said he would pick it up however he doesn’t say we can as he insists a courier sends it. THIS IS A SCAM. Also he claims we have made threats however all we have asked for is our property back but yet it has not been returned and makes excuses like he is too Afraid to drop it of himself or let us collect it. What a joke of a company

Absolutel scam if anyone want actual pictures of how its gone and not 2 pictures hes done i can provide full screwn shots of over 2 months of getting fobbed off and ignored amd then blocked after repeatedly chasing him up if anyone would like to see the messages please feel free to ask insted of getting lied to by a scammer

Helped to get my email back up after a hack left my email disabled by the internet provider. Reccomended and went out of his way to advise and get the email account unlocked.

This business is a complete scam, the owner stole my step-dad's computer and money, blocked both him and my mum and has absolutely refused to give any form of refund. It does not take over two months to replace a CPU and/or processor and it's absolutely unprofessional to ignore and block customers who *you* have taken money from. You have a requirement as a business to fullfill the service the customer has paid for and TKM PM & IT Solutions has beyond failed this requirement. I would never recommend this service even if it was the last IT service on Earth. You are a disgrace to the industry.

Tim was kind, helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and even though he was busy with a business meeting he was quick in getting back to me for a PSU price and advised me that he could have the part ordered ready for next day delivery. Much appreciate the help, cheers Tim
